Hey..I full screen the wallpaper and I saw it's all blurry and it's all used by filters..but wait I forgot..Do you know Photoshop first? Have you ever used filter? If you would like to use it tell me because I'll give you bernouli scan. just link "blur tool" and do little effort then it will be like bernouli paint as he say!!! To let you know that I did that on my own and I saw the same result!! And it will take you at least 30min!!!! Do you want the truth you bother me by saying such an useless words :/
